抄録

The education of the transition period from pre-school to primary school has been a great issue since the Central Council for Education submitted a report in 2005. The report recommended "collaborative learning" for the five-years-old children in pre-school classes and required the quality improvement of early childhood education. In this paper it would be identified how the collaborative leaning is defined in official documents. Following the definitions and getting ideas from the learning theories of Frobel and Kats, a framework was designed to make pre-school teachers help and support children's collaborative learning.
