本研究の目的は、課題となっている教員の多忙化を改善するため、企業で経営改善・業務改善に成果をあげているTOC(制約理論)に基づく研修を学校で行い、その有効性を確認し働き方改革を実現しようとするものである。本論文では、TOCに基づく研修内容と受講者(教職員)の反応の詳細を報告するとともに、勤務時間(残業時間)の縮減効果と同僚性の実現の観点から研修実施校における働き方改革についての成果と課題を明らかにする。また、課題を踏まえた研修プログラムについても提案する。

The purpose of this research is to improve the busyness of teachers, which is an issue. For that goal, TOC (Theory of Constraints) training, which has been successful in management improvement and business improvement in companies, has been introduced to a school. It is an attempt to verify the effectiveness of the method and realize work style reform. In this paper, we will report the details of the training content based on the TOC and the reaction of the participants (teachers). Also we will clarify the outcomes and challenges of work style reform via the training at school from the viewpoint of reducing working hours (overtime hours) and realizing mutual help among colleagues. We also propose a training program addressing the found issues.
