大学生及び大学院生198名(男性45名、女性152名、性別無回答者1名) に、無記名自記式の質問紙調査を実施し、「現在ニキビがある」と答えた対象者133名に、ニキビの症状、皮膚科疾患のQOL用DLQIを実施し、その数値を得点化した。その結果、ニキビ経験者は98.5%、現在ニキビ罹患者は69.0%であった。罹患者のQOLは、性別で分けると女性の方が低く、特に「服装」において女性のQOLの低下が目立った。ニキビ重症度との関係では、「羞恥心」に関するQOLは中等度以上群のほうが軽症群より低かった。生活習慣と罹患者の関係では、喫煙群、飲酒群ではニキビ罹患者が多かった。

We carried out a questionnaire survey of anonymous for 198 university students and graduate students (45 men, 152 women, 1 gender-unanswered respondent). As a result, 98.5% had acne and 69.0% currently have acne. And we measured DLQI for QOL of dermatological diseases for 130 people of them who answered that they currently have acne. By sex, females had lower QOL overall, and especially in “clothing". In relation to acne severity, the QOL related to “shame" was lower than the mild group in the moderate or higher group. In the relationship between lifestyle and the affected, there were many acne sufferers in the smoking group and the drinking group.
