抄録
Stray capacitance and series resistance of a ""Hyperabrupt Junction"" diode are analysed precisely. As a result, it is found that a main part of the stray capacitance is a capacitance of a glass-capsule, and the series resistance of p^+ layer of surface which has no contact electrode is considerablly large. These results coinside with experimental ones.
