Description

It is one of current themes in the world to compare the philosophy of Whitehead with that of Deleuze in spite of their diverse aspects. When we read Deleuze's references to Whitehead, there are a lot of possibilities to understand them. Then, we want to describe any differences between Whitehead and Deleuze that are concerned with the concepts of experience, empiric and subject. We start with discussing experience and subject in Deleuse (1). Next, we approach the concepts of experience and subject in Whitehead concerning about Deleuze (2). Lastly, we will state the reason why Deleuze refuses the notion of Whitehead's prehension in Cinéma 1: L'image-mouvement of Deleuze (3).
