In this report, auther has analysed on the mechanism of the operation of the divice with the thyratron. ln conclusion, if we regard the divice as a kind of the analog-digital converter, it would be utilized as a voltmater.

最近遠隔測定，および制御のように計測工学上の見地から，直流電圧（アナログ量）を放電管の非線型特性を利用し，発振回路を作り周波数（デジタル量）に変換し，これを測定するか，又は之れを電流量（アナログ量）に変換して測定するための基礎的な実験とその考察結果を報告する。
