Description
Workshops were run by second- and thirdyearstudents after attending "Career Support Training," which is one of the programs provided by the Faculty of Lifelong Learningand Career Studies at Hosei University forfirst-year students. In Study 1, one case wasfocused on from among 21 workshops and events at the workshop were described using the F2LO Model (Kariyado, 2012). The results indicated that the workshop was conducted by maintaining the F2LO Model. In Study 2, participants (N=322) responded to a questionnaire. The results indicated that in general participants gave good evaluationsof the programs and the procedures of workshops. They judged that they could proactively participate in the workshops.Furthermore, they achieved learning that corresponded to the purposes of the workshops.
