The purpose of this paper is to consider the significance of the thought of "cooperative" to the early childhood care and education. I am using this term to nursery teachers and parents communicate with each other about individual development task of the children and the contents of childhood care and education so as to understand children's tasks in the early childhood care and education, and the situation of their child-care of the various daily life in each other. This paper is focussing on Atomu cooperative day-care center. And it analizes the task on life of the today's children, and nursery teachers and parents communicate with that in Atomu for considering the significance of the thought of "cooperative".
