抄録

Many service providers prepare multiple servers to cope with over loading. In such cases, the problem is how to select the best server out of them. Existing server selection models impose user extra effort or have less flexibility. In this paper, we describe a new server selection mechanism. We add server selection function to DNS. This mechanism is flexible, and has wide applicability.
