Description

This paper is a report on educational practice aimed at raising school engagement by trying to form elementary students' learning habits. In practice, we conducted the following three activities.① As a child's efforts to form a learning habit, creating a learning environment atmosphere, grasping and awareness of the learning situation, fostering motivation for learning by interaction with junior high school students.② Improve teacher leadership skills.③ Initiatives to encourage parents' support for home learning as an approach to parents. As a result, certain effects and problems of elementary school children's home school engagement, home learning ability were confirmed, and association between home learning ability and school engagement was found.
