Abstract

The purpose of this work makes the present condition an obvious about the rise in a female physician which attracts attention in the medical field in reviewing statistical data in and outside the country and precede thesis, and is arguing that a female physician's employment support is set to one of the important viewpoints of the health care policies of future our country. I mainly collected the statistical data of the review with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the OECD health datum. Moreover, the thesis collected domestic and overseas collected Pub Med Central as a meditullium to CiNii. The result checked that the percentage of the female physicians of a Japanese was low compared with foreign countries. However, the ratio is increasing in recent years to the sudden. And the apprehension of the time-lag of the measure having affected the shortness of the numbers of physicians of our country was shown. A female physician is a tropesis which I concentrate to specific special specialties, such as an ophthalmology and a dermatology. And the hurdle of reappointement after a marry or a tokos is high for a female physician. Especially the percentage to part employment or clinic general practitioners that moves out has a female physician higher than a virile physician, and he has influenced the hospital management greatly. Nevertheless, a carrier support of the female physician of a Japanese, maintenance of a flexible employment style, and the work-life balance support system of a medical doctor in hospital are insufficient. On the other hand, the policy over the rise in a female physician of foreign countries has many points to study. I would like to research about it from now on.
