抄録

買地券とは, 石や壺に刻んだ, 墓地の購入を証明する文書である。買地券の由来は中国漢代に遡り, 墓地の保護を神に祈願する, 呪術的な葬送儀礼の風習であった。したがって買地券はその目的と形式において墓誌とは異なる。韓国の買地券はこれまでに3例が発見されており, ひとつは百済の武寧王陵より出土したもので, 中国六朝時代の買地券の型式を十分に認知しこれを模倣したものであるが, 細部には独自性も見られる。残り2例は高麗時代の僧侶である闡祥と世賢のものである。これらはみな典型的な中国の買地券の特徴を持っており……

Baichiken (Maejikwon) is the inscription on stone or jars, functioning as the receipt for purchasing land for graves. It's one of the funeral customs which originated in China's Han-dynasty, praying to the Gods to protect the graves from evil. In terms of its forms and functions, Baichiken should be distinguished from an Epitaph. In Korea, three cases of Baichiken are found. The first case is the one from the tomb of King Muryeong in the Baekje-dynasty. This followed the forms of Baichiken in China's Six-dynasties period, but one can find its originality in its details. ......
