説明

The purpose of this study were to study the process of transformation motivation for teaching profession based on individuality.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with two university students in the physical education department.As a result, the 2 points were found.1. In the case of university students who have a positive image of teacher, even if the self-efficacy decreases and the motivation for teaching profession decreases in university life, there is a possibility that the motivation for teaching profession may be increased again through practice teaching.2. Clarification of teachers’ image and improvement of self-efficacy will be promoted by experiencing the relationship with others and class practice in the practice teaching.
