The purpose of this study was to clarify the style of spectator sports by analyzing the contents of newspaper articles about watching sports games in the Professional Baseball League, J League, B League, and Olympic Games. The results of content analysis confirm a new style of spectator sports, as reflected in words related to "video distribution services" and "latest technologies."
