本研究では,高等教育機関における発達障害のある学生に対する就労を見据えたキャリア支援として実施されている「『時事問題リーディング』と『集団討論』を組みわせた講義」と「面接マナーに関する講義」の効果の検証を行うことを目的とした。『時事問題リーディング』と『集団討論』を組み合わせた講義」の効果の検証として読字・書字能力の変容を,「面接マナーに関する講義」の効果の検証として自尊感情と面接マナーの変容を,就労を見据えたキャリア支援全体の検証として就労移行支援のためのチェックリストから日常生活,対人関係,行動・態度の変容を明らかにした。結果として,実施前と比べ,多くの項目で上昇が見られた。今後の課題として,就労を見据えたキャリア支援全体として,日常生活を含めた支援を検討する重要性が挙げられた。

This study was verified effectiveness of “The current events readings and the group discussion" and “The interview manners" aimed to work for students with developmental disabilities. We cleared to change of literacy as verifying effectiveness of “The current events readings and the group discussion" and to transform feelings of self-esteem and the interview manners as verifying effectiveness of “The interview manners", and to transform daily life, interpersonal relationship, behavior and attitude by using Check List for transition support for employment. As the results, it was indicate the effectiveness of carrier supports aimed to work because of rising score. In the future, it was suggested the need to support of daily life for students with developmental disabilities to support aimed to work.
