第二帝政期において警察高権をもったプロイセン警察は, 第一次世界大戦の終了と革命を経てヴァイマル共和制の成立において, いかなる運命に遭い, その後, どのような警察機構が制度化されたのか。1918年11月革命から警察の制度化の試みを経て, 1923年からのルール占領にいたるまでの過程で, ドイツではどのように警察の制度化が進行したのか, 軍の対応, 政権内部での対立, 労働者層の対応など内政上の問題としてだけではなく, 連合諸国からの外圧との関係においても考察する。 At the establishment of the Weimar Republic, after the end of World War I and the revolution, what was the fate and into what type of police organization was the Prussian Police (holding supreme police authority during the period of the second empire) institutionalized? In the period from the November 1918 Revolution, through the attempt of institutionalization of police in the process leading to the course of the Ruhr occupation, this study discusses how the institutionalization of police progressed in Germany, not only as a an internal administration problem that included the response from the military, the internal opposition in the regime, and the responses from the working class, and so on, but also in relation to foreign pressure from the allied countries.
