本稿は，新型コロナウイルス禍による感染防止対策として実施されている検温に関し，プライバシ・個人情報保護の観点から課題を論じる．現在，様々な規模や性質を備えた検温センシング機器が準公共空間に設置されている．しかし，検温センシング機器は新型コロナウイルスの拡大にともなって一般社会に急激に普及したため，プライバシ・個人情報保護に関する現場の具体的な運用ルールがまだ充実しているとは言い難い状況にある．そこで，プライバシ・個人情報保護の観点からの留意点の提起や実社会で運用されている検温センシングの方法の分類を試みながら，今後のわが国における検温センシング現場のプライバシ・個人情報保護に関するルール化に向けた提言を行うことを狙いとする．

Regarding the temperature measurement carried out in the quasi-public space as an infection prevention measure due to the new coronavirus disease, issues from the viewpoint of privacy and personal information protection are discussed. In recent years, body temperature sensing devices with various sizes and characteristics have been installed in quasi-public spaces. However, since body temperature sensing devices have rapidly become widespread in the general public with the expansion of COVID-19, it is hard to say that on-site operational rules regarding privacy and personal information protection have been concretely established. Therefore, we first discuss the points to be noted from the viewpoint of privacy and personal information protection, and classify the body temperature measurement sensing methods used in the real world. We then aim to make recommendations for establishing rules regarding privacy and personal information protection at the body temperature measurement sensing site in Japan in the future.
