Description
There are 2 exclusive affiliations of distribution affiliated with the Japanese automobile industry. It is the exclusive affiliations of sales territory, the responsibility sale number, the monopoly dealer system. And it is more than one affiliated rivalry which deal with the same car compete with each other in the same affiliation. The purpose of this study is to clear the 2 exclusive affiliations of distribution affiliated with the automobile industry, and it point out the problem. The base related to the economical base and the guarantee as base which supports an affiliation is pointed out. And I think an affiliation process is being analyzed the PLC theory. An affiliated by the manufacturer cannot but change caused by the market maturity. At the end, I have interest in automall that Toyota motor hammered it out in automobile industry. Because, it may become the beginning of the affiliated collapse if other manufacturers follow it
