<p>In 2014, the framework for DX success proposed by the MIT Sloan and Capgemini teams was updated in 2021 based on the activities of various companies. Of particular note is the fact that a frame called "employee experience" was set in addition to "customer experience." Since employee perspectives are rarely taken up in DX discussions, it can be expected to be an important guideline for companies that cannot link digitalization of the workplace with DX initiatives. In this paper, we will review the evolution of this framework and provide important guidelines for companies that are not or will be working on it.</p>
