Abstract

With the shift to remote work, the primary location of the team's activities has shifted from offline to online. The distance between team members has physically opened up, and since they no longer "share the same space" as in the offline workplace, their interactions with each other have diminished. However, in order to maintain a team and produce high results, it is necessary to prevent the decline in the richness of dialogue within the team. The purpose of this study is to identify behavioral factors that affect dialogue in online teams, targeting teams that use online communication tools and conduct their activities mainly online.
