日本のことば遊びの一種に判じ物がある。判じ物は絵と文字を用いて、主として日本語の同音異義によって解読させる視覚的なことば遊びである。その判じ物の資料のうち、同類の名詞を解とする判じ物を一枚摺りの錦絵版画に集成したものがある。それはいわば判じ物の「物は尽くし」資料と言え、今日「物尽くし判じ物」と呼ばれている。「物尽くし判じ物」は岩崎均史氏によって精力的に紹介されている。しかし、近時岩崎氏未紹介の「物尽くし判じ物」二点、また岩崎氏に言及がありながら、写真等による紹介がなされていない「物尽くし判じ物」一点が管見に入り、その,後大阪教育大学小野研究室蔵となった。本稿は従来十分な位置付けがなされていない以上三点の「物尽くし判じ物」を、写真とともに紹介する論考である。

This report introduces "Monozukushi Hanjimono (物尽くし判じ物)". Hanjimono is a visual play on characters and letters, and a kind of play on words in Japanese. Hanjimono was introduced in the previous report, The History of Plays on Words and the Picture Puzzles (Memoirs of Osaka Kyoiku University, Ser. I Humanities, Vol.48, No. 2 (January, 2000)). There are a lot of unknown materials about "Monozukushi Hanjimono". In this report I introduce three materials about it.
