心駆出率(EF)の計測は,左心室造影が標準とされている。近年,診療放射線技師がEFの計測を行うことが多くなった。心臓血管造影検査に従事している診療放射線技師6名をEF計測の熟練者,経験者,未経験者(各2名)に分け,それぞれが72症例のEF計測を行い各計測値の標準値に対する相関,検定を行った。その結果,計測値と標準値の相関は認められたが,計測値の標準値からのずれについては経験の差が認められた。この結果は,今後の診療放射線技師に対する計測指導に役立ち,さらには計測の精度向上に寄与すると考えられる。

A standard to measure ejection fraction (EF) is the method using left ventriculogram. Recently, many radiological technologists have opportunities to measure ejection fraction (EF). In this study, six radiological technologists engaging in angiocardiography examination, i.e. two experts, two experienced and two inexperienced men, measured ejection fraction (EF) using left ventriculograms of 72 cases. The measured values were examined on correlation and further approved by Dunnett's test. The correlations between standard values and measured values were observed, but there were differences among the measured values of experts, experienced and inexperienced men. It is considered that these results offer a useful guidance for radiological technologists to improve instrumentation precision.
