Abstract

I researched and analyzed about Halal certification and Muslim-friendly certification on this issue. Japanese corporations, hotels, restaurants, and many tourism industries apply and get certification. They want to provide services to Muslim from foreign countries. Result of investigation about Halal certification in japan, I found that Halal certification could sort five types. I issued those five types of Halal certification and pointed out how different each certification types.
