説明

The purpose of this study was to quantify the kinematical as well as electromyographycal differences of a ball control with the inside of the foot by comparing female soccer players of different carriers in order to clarify the motional strategy of the experienced players. Ten experienced (more than 10yrs: EX) female soccer players and eight inexperienced (less than 3yrs: IN) ones participated as subjects. The subjects were instructed to control an approaching grounder pass by the inside of the feet under two experimental conditions (10 trials/condition). The conditions were 1) stay (ST) condition and 2) move (MV) one, in which they controlled the pass with accompanying forward propulsion (i.e. running). 3-D motion data was measured using a motion capture system. Electromyograms of the leg used to control a ball were also measured. Ball impact position and its variance were different between the groups. Under the MV condition, the EX group met a ball more anteriorly in accordance with faster transferring center of gravity of the body (CG) than the IN group. In the EX group, the ankle eversion after the ball impact notably increased in the MV condition with accompanying coordinated activation of the ankle evertor (i.e. fibularis longus). These results suggested that experienced female soccer players accomplish purposeful ball control in accordance with their CG movements through moderating momentum of the ball by ankle eversion around the impact.
