Description
In educational situations, it is essential to access printed matter such as textbooks, teaching materials, and study-aid books. However, it may be difficult for some students with disabilities to access printed matter such as textbooks. In this report, I will introduce the background and the current status of the efforts to make accessible textbooks and teaching materials. In addition, I will introduce the development of a digital large print textbook system and an accessible textbook viewing application “UD browser”.
