Abstract

<p>本稿は，立命館アジア太平洋大学(APU)で開講する初年次向け多文化間共修科目について，対面とオンラインを併用した同時双方向型ハイブリッド型授業（ハイフレックス型）の授業実践例を報告し，その教育実践の成果と課題を明らかにする。当該科目は，文化的・言語的背景が異なる学生が混ざってプロジェクトを実施するPBL (Project Based Learning)型授業であり，学部生のティーチングアシスタントを活用したユニークな授業である。全受講生対象の授業評価アンケートの分析結果から，2019年度の対面型と比べて，2020年度のハイブリッド型授業はすべての項目の評価が上がった。とりわけ「学生の学び」「アクティブラーニング」「教員の姿勢・関わり，授業設計」が該当する。これらの結果を踏まえて，ハイブリッド型による多文化間共修授業を活かすために重要な「教育的仕掛け」を考察する。</p>
