Abstract

This study is a representation of a virtual space soundscape that reproduces three-dimensional sound changes. The sound was recorded simultaneously from four points at a fixed distance from the center point. Using the Unity game engine, we proposed a method of sequentially reproducing sounds as you walk and turn around in the virtual space by embedding the recorded sound sources into virtual objects placed in the virtual space. The results are shown below. The system's method reproduces the same soundscape in a virtual space as in a real space and can be applied to various locations. In the future, we will consider and modify the map to make it easier to see, and whether to approach it more visually or aurally.
