Abstract.Assume that the set of all n×n matrices over a field K with the usual addition of matrices and some multiplication°forms a commutative ring.When does the product°coincide with the Hadamard product?We prove that the Theorem3 in the reference[2]is extended to an arbitrary field K.

体Kの元を成分にもつn×n行列全体の集合が通常の行列の加法とある乗法によって可換環をなすとする。このさき与えられた乗法がアダマール積となる為の必要十分条件を与えた。この定理は共著文献[2]の定理3が任意の体について成り立つ事を証明したものである。
