抄録

It is very important that municipal hospitals aware the part which can improve management efficiency by the effort of the organization. This paper tried to measure management efficiency of municipal hospitals that was controlled the external operating environment (non-discretion factor) using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). As a result, there were big differences in the technical and scale efficiency among municipal hospitals, and it became clear that the tendency of efficiency varied by an area.
