Description

The effects of magnetic fields on living organisms have been studied for a long time, and research has been conducted not only on humans but also on microorganisms such as Escherichia coli and yeast. However, there are many unexplained points about their biological mechanisms. In this study, we found that applying a static magnetic field to rice malt increases the concentration of glucose. Microscopic observation of hyphae was also performed to investigate the biological mechanism.
