<p>In recent years, an increasing number of companies have formulated a "Purpose", which indicates the value of a company's existence. By formulated a Purpose, companies are trying to achieve what is required of companies in the 21st century, such as achieving consistent and speedy management, fostering a sense of unity and centripetal force within the organization, and providing new value to customers. This study examines what should be considered when building a purpose-driven organization in a student app development team led by the Yuhashi Laboratory at Shizuoka University, which is developing a web application.</p>
