<p>[Objective] This study was designed to clarify the structure of reflecting on certified care workers’-self-practice, focusing on their narrative. A semi-structured interview was conducted on nine skilled certified care workers in 2021. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis according to Krippendorff. [Methods] In this study, I found that the structure consists of four categories and 13 subcategories. [Results]The categories- were as follows: “influential factor, consisting of four subcategories; “core element,” consisting of three subcategories;“basic factor,” consisting of three subcategories; and “achievement,” consisting of three subcategories. [Discussion]In conclusion, I suggest that under the circular structure, four categories are interlocked.</p>
