<p>In this paper we tried to clear that are there different features of employability among each industries and Firm-Size. In this research we attempted to capture the different features by using “Fundamental Competencies for Working Persons” that is defined by the Ministry of Trade and industry as an index of skills asked for by all workers essentially.</p><p>As a result of some analysis, we find as follows:</p><p>First, in Financial and IT industry, “skill of controlling own stress” is more energetically required. And in Trading-company, “initiative” is required. This difference of required competency might arise along with industries. On the other hand, the big company asks for same “F.C.W.P” with small company, but if the same “F.C.W.P” is required the bigger company asks for the more energetically.</p><p>Second, features of selection process are different among each industry and firm-size. But the differences are not composed of competency, but composed of particular factors of each industries and firm-size.</p>
