Description

Japanese Society for the Science of Design (JSSD) was founded in 1953 with the aim of contributing to the progress and development of academic research on design through the cooperation of its members. Currently, JSSD has around 2,000 members, five regional branches, and 20 research SIGs. Its activities are publicized through research presentations, symposia, several journals on research in English and Japanese versions, on design productions and on special issues.
