抄録

Through students’ musical creative activities, instructors should allow each student to develop his or her own personality and creativity and to awaken his or her sensitivity through a variety of discoveries using different musical components. Instructors should also lead students to realize the great value of music. They should motivate students to cultivate their aesthetic sentiments to the maximum level, which is the essence of music education at school. Without a doubt, music education has become even more important due to rises in psychological problems or disorders in society. The trial experiment itself involves the use of electronic musical instruments in order to make it easy for the students to try creative activities using Japanese musical scales. In this experiment the instructor also encourages students to gain more interest in Japanese musical scales and at the same time to be enthusiastically engaged in creative activities.
