Abstract
<p>X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) is a non-destructive method. There is a lot of applications like analysis of industrial material. A confocal micro XRF instrument enables elemental analysis of point-limited region. The confocal micro XRF instrument was applied to in situ analysis of microbiologically influenced corrosion process. Finally, it was realized to visualized Fe distribution corroded from steel sample in the solution.</p>
