抄録

<p>In 1725 a publisher Sebastiano Giannini published a book named Opus Architectonicum. It describes Casa dei Filippini in Rome built by Francesco Borromini with many plates. </p><p>And it is said that the Opus Architectonicum was made on the basis of Opus manuscript (una piena relatione della fabrica) that was made by Borromini and his patron Virgilio Spada in 1646-1647.</p><p>The text of Opus Architectonicum is similar to the text of Opus manuscript. However, they are very different about plates. In fact the organization of plates of Opus Architectonicum came from Giannini’s original idea.</p>
