<p>E-Isolation was fabricated as a demonstration test machine for the study of high-precision reaction force measurement technology, large dynamic force testing machine technology, and real-time hybrid simulation technology by Council for Science, Technology and Innovation (CSTI), SIP (Cross-ministerial Strategic Innovation Promotion Program). This paper introduces the concept and features of the E-Isolation and its test results of cyclic loading test and hybrid simulation. </p>
