Abstract

<p>　Environmental problems have a long history. Here, I will discuss typical ideas and actions that have occurred since the 1992 Rio Declaration on Environment and Development. Unless it is based on the old way of thinking, it is impossible to explain the current environmental problems and sustainability measures. Mainly, I followed the process of arriving at the resource measures of the circular economy package in the EU. The CE Package was announced in 2015, and the SDGs were adopted by the United Nations in the same year. About the relationship between these two cases, it seems that no one has explained. Also, I will describe wealth that bring. And the future of the circular economy that can be seen from there will be described in another article..</p>
