Abstract

<p>The Japan Tourism Agency said it needed to create a society where all travelers, including the elderly and people with disabilities, could experience the "joy of tourism." On the other hand, regarding travel conditions for people with travel difficulties, they have difficulty and anxiety about traveling, and feel uneasy about implementation. UT Concierge is a means to solve these problems, and we have planned a UT Concierge training course. It was a very appropriate course for those involved in tourism and welfare who do not know where to consult. However, that level is still in its infancy and needs further expansion in the future.</p>
