Abstract

<p>The three-years periods from 1986 to 1988, in the bubble economy was booming, the outputs of "Hakata Dolls" was a record 18 billion yen. However, since then, the business environment face declining, and present, there is no end of the number of studios going out of business, with the exception of a few famous artists. This is a report on the results of a trial aimed at expanding distribution, by adding sales through the conventional store sales and World Wide Web.</p>
