Abstract

In recent years, the use of information technology in business has become indispensable, and project teams are becoming increasingly active in companies and other organizations to promote digital transformation(DX). The purpose of this study is to clarify the factors that influence the work motivation of project members for the success of project. We conducted an interview survey of project-experienced employees and analyzed their verbatim transcripts with the qualitative synthesis method. The results indicated that the propagation of work motivation decline among colleagues occurred in the workplace, and that self-fulfillment achievement motive is a factor that increased work motivation.
