Abstract

<p>Domestic commercial real estate is affected by deflation and COVID-19, but the price index has been increasing. If the demand cannot be met by its supply, business chance is lost. So, it is necessary to grasp the increase in demand as early as possible. In this study, a multiple regression model is constructed to predict the amount of demand in the Kinki area collected by a real estate-related company. In addition, by clustering these stocks based on the similarity of their transaction status and constructing a taxonomy of keywords common to each cluster, we can clarify what kind of business trends affect the demand.</p>
