Description

Organizations are confronted with challenging decision-making processes in today's ambiguous society. This paper utilizes a web survey to examine whether the decision-making tendencies of an organization can be observed based on two factors: the size of the group and its lifetime. The results reveal that larger groups tend to prioritize immediate profits more readily, while longer lifetime groups are more prone to encountering difficulties in resolving issues, often leading to prolonged decision-making periods. Additionally, we discuss how to prevent decision failures.
