Abstract
This study aims to recreate the animation of the breast using computer graphics.A mass-spring damper system is applied to a 2D model of the breast, based on its internal structure. The movement of the breast is approximated by optimizing the spring constant (K) and damping constant © of the mass-spring damper system using a genetic algorithm,to minimize the difference with real-world measurements.
