本研究は、養護教諭養成教育における360度動画(VR動画)事例を活用したフィジカルアセスメント演習の効果を明らかにすることを目的として、紙上事例を用いた通常群とVR動画事例を用いたVR群に学生を分け、演習前後にアンケート調査を実施した。その結果、フィジカルアセスメントに対する意識は、両群間と演習前後で交互作用は認められなかったが、フィジカルアセスメントの自信は、両群間と演習前後で有意な交互作用が認められた。また、事例教材の評価は、両群間に有意差は認められなかったが、両群ともに平均点は8割を超えていた。これらのことから、VR動画事例教材は、フィジカルアセスメントの自信の向上に効果があること、紙上事例教材とともに演習における有用な補助教材であることが明らかになった。

This study aimed to clarify the effectiveness of physical assessment exercises using 360-degree video-based (virtual reality [VR] video) case studies in Yogo teacher training education. The study participants were divided into two groups: standard group that used paper-based case studies and VR group that used VR video-based case studies. Questionnaire surveys were issued to all participants before and after doing exercises. Although no interaction between the two groups was observed before and after the exercises in terms of awareness in the physical assessments, there were significant interactions between the both groups before and after the exercises in terms of self-confidence in the physical assessments. In addition, although there was no significant difference in terms of their evaluation of the case-study teaching materials, between the two groups, the mean score for both groups was above 80%. Therefore, this suggests that exercises performed using VR video-based case studies were effective in improving self-confidence in the physical assessments and that both teaching materials were a useful teaching aids in physical assessment exercises.
