Abstract

<p>In the 21century, China is influenced by urbanization and develop rapidly. In recent years, with the rapid development of digital technology, digitization has become one of the main ways of safeguarding and disseminating intangible cultural heritage. This study deals with the development of urban under the digital age. Starting from the Hangzhou cultural relics protection regulations, the process of cultural relics protection in Hangzhou is shown through the development of the regulations. Taking the construction of Hangzhou information management platform as an example, it carries out the induction of the development of the digital use of historical and cultural neighborhoods and their historical buildings.</p>
