Abstract

<p>In light of the implementation of a quota system for electing the Society's Board of Directors, the Diversity Promotion Committee organized a workshop to explore women's leadership, followership, and sponsorship.</p><p>This initiative identified unique characteristics associated with these roles for women and identified ways to support them in expressing these qualities effectively.</p><p>The workshop also served as a peer meeting, and both needs and satisfaction levels were high. We aim to extend this workshop to other fields in the future.</p>
