A study examining the correlation between work-related trauma experiences and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms among child guidance center staff revealed that 87.1% had experienced at least one trauma. It has been suggested that trauma-informed care training could enhance staff ’s trauma knowledge, gain their confidence in trauma response, improve the mental health of the children they assist, and alleviate caregiver stress. This study reviews prior research to identify international trends, focusing on creating a trauma-informed environment to reestablish a secure system for training child welfare (protective) workers. Dwring the process of the literature review: search terms such as “trauma-informed care,” “trauma-informed practice,” “trauma,” or “trauma-informed approach,” and “training” and “child protection” were used in databases such as PubMed and PsycINFO, without specifying the publication year. The literature search yielded nine articles for detailed review. Eight of these articles, excluding one, were studies that implemented TI knowledge and skills for child protection workers and tested interventions within the system. The studies examined fell into three categories: “promoting trauma understanding among child welfare (protective) workers,” “predicting the effectiveness of a trauma-informed child welfare system,” and “identifying the initial process of implementing a trauma-informed approach.” inorder to develop a trauma-informed organizational environment in the early stages of implementation, it is crucial to establish a support system for staff in leadership roles, such as supervisors of child welfare (protective) workers. Securing funding for the initial implementation system is also necessary to establish a comprehensive trauma-informed system (TIS). For longterm implementation, it is advisable to develop policies and strategies that adapt to changing circumstances and their needs. Six common success factors were identifi ed: intra-organizational cooperation, a clear consensus-building process, training, proper team organization, optimization of opportunities, and the establishment of a data system. The studies suqqest that it is crucial for public institufions, such as the Child Guidance Center, implement the “perspectives of thestakeholders,” with in the Tis’ in order to promoto mutual understanding while collaborating with researdurs and comminity members.
