Abstract
In recent years, logic models have been used as a framework for promoting innovation in various fields such as policy proposals, policy evaluation, research and development, product development, corporate management, and organizational management. A logic model is a model of the process of logical thinking and reasoning, and is a tool for achieving output goals and producing outcomes. It was shown that there is a close relationship between Maslow's self-actualization theory and Maxwell Maltz’s psycho-cybernetics principles of human instinctive behavior and logic models. Furthermore, we proposed a P2M learning method LBL (Logic-model Based Learning) that links six P2M integrated management tools and external information retrieval management using generative AI on a logic model template.
